TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SABARMATI RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK MANAGED BY ADANI SPORTSLINE

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park, managed by Adani Sportsline, maintains a no-refund policy for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, personal emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances. This policy applies to all non-participation scenarios, including coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions, and facility hire.

• In the case that a participant is injured and therefore cannot participate in the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park Managed By Adani Sportsline activity that they have registered and paid for, that registration may be deferred until such point that the participant can re-join. In this case, a signed medical certificate must be presented to the Head Coach which will then be discussed in the the weekly meetings, confirming the nature of the injury for Management’s approval. Please note, all deferrals shall be at the sole discretion of the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park Managed By Adani Sportsline.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park is responsible for providing suitable coaching personnel, equipped with the equipment they need to structure their sessions and access to suitable and safe facilities. Riverfront Sports Academy is also responsible for ensuring that all of its coaches are suitably qualified, emergency first aid training.
• Each Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park participant is solely responsible for providing their sports equipment including protective equipment, suitable footwear, Riverfront Sports Academy branded training and playing clothing as well as sufficient water to stay hydrated and all necessary precautions to protect them from the sun and heat.
• All Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park activities and communications, be they via digital means or in-person are conducted in English.
• Selection for Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park games and any representative programme shall be at the sole discretion of the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park coaching team and according to the Riverfront Sports Academy Selection Policy.
• All Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park activities and their schedules are subject to change and may be altered at Riverfront Sports Academy’s sole discretion at any time for, but not limited to, the following reasons; inclement weather or climatic conditions, venue availability or the suitability, insufficient programme participation, staff illness/ injury, Public or Religious holidays or under the terms of Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park Force Majeure clauses. Should Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park choose to postpone or cancel any of its activities it shall do so at its sole discretion and will not offer any refunds unless otherwise stated.
• Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park does not permit any video or other filming/ recording equipment at its activities unless express, prior written approval has been obtained from the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park Management. Accordingly, Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park participants accept that they cannot record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at or involved in Riverfront Sports Academy activities.
• Riverfront Sports Academy participants shall commit not to disclose or use any aspect of Riverfront Sports Academy content or activities for their commercial purposes.

PAY AND PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities at Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park, all participants/users acknowledge, appreciate, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Participant/users undertakes any activity at his/her own risk and the owners, employees, or agents of the facility, shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant. Participant assumes full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about the premises before, during, and after any activity and participant does fully and forever release and discharge, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from participants’ use of the facility.
• Participation in any activity includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While following specific rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist.
• Participant willingly agrees to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation including specific recommendations for protection against infectious diseases. If observing any unusual or significant hazard during presence or participation in activity, participant will remove him/herself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.
• Participant will provide accurate contact information and will freely comply with any future requests for information should COVID-19 contact tracing be required.
• All facility users are required to abide by Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park, Racism regulations and policies. Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any group or individual from the facility due to unacceptable behaviour or failure to abide by the conditions of use at Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park
• All users of the facility are required to act responsibly and respect the facility, its management, and other users at all times.
• As a courtesy to other users, participants must ensure that they vacate the pitch/es, court/s, or any other facility and the Riverfront Sports Complex promptly at the conclusion of their allocated time leaving the area clean and tidy. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of future bookings and/or additional charges for cleaning services.
• Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park reserves the right to use the image and likeness of any individual entering the facility for marketing and promotional purposes unless expressly requested otherwise.
• Food and beverage supplied by external food and beverage outlets is strictly prohibited. Any organization or persons found disregarding this condition risk immediate cancellation of their booking in addition to all future bookings at the facility.

DO’S AND DONT’S

• TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS 

1. On the courts, players must wear suitable tennis or sports shoes without heels and with light-colored non-making soles and wear predominantly white or light-colored clothing. 
2. Adani Riverfront Sports Complex will not provide any equipment’s for the pay and/ play services.
3. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the tennis courts or the area adjacent to it. 
4. No glassware or food or beverage may be taken onto the Tennis/Pickleball Courts or the surrounding area. 
5. 
   
6. Players must produce proof of registration / booking receipt if required. Players must produce proof of age if required. 
7. Unless participating in an organized activity, a player may not play tennis for more than two consecutive sessions. 
8. Not more than 6 players per booking for the court will be permitted. 
9. Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to play tennis unless they are playing with or supervised by a member, guest, and spouse thereof or authorized club coach. 

TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURT BOOKING 

1. Tennis bookings will be for sessions of one-hour duration. 
2. If a booked court is not being used within 10 minutes of the time booked, by the player booked and his/her opponent, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and other players may book and use the court. 

• BASKETBALL 

1. All bookings of sessions for basketball shall be in accordance with the Facility Bookings Rules. 
2. Adani Riverfront Sports Complex will not provide any equipment’s for the pay and play services.
3. On the basketball court players must wear appropriate clothing and suitable sports shoes without heels and with non-marking soles. 
4. No glassware or food or beverage may be taken onto the Basketball Court or the surrounding area. 
5. Players must produce proof of registration / booking receipt if required. Players must produce proof of age if required. 
6. Not more than 14 players per booking for the court will be permitted. 
7. Damage of any kind to any sports complex equipment must be immediately reported to Management.
8. Professional coaching for players must be arranged only with coaches approved or appointed by management or the committee. 

• SPEEDSKATING AND SKATEBOARD COURTS 

1. On the courts, players must wear suitable sports attire and ensure proper safety equipment’s are worn at all times while in the court. 
2. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the tennis courts or the area adjacent to it. 
3. Adani Riverfront Sports Complex will not provide any equipment’s for the pay and play services.
4. No food is to be taken into any part of the tennis courts or the area adjacent to it.
5.  Maintain reasonable control of his or her speed and course at all times. 
6. Read and abide by all posted signs and warnings.
7. Not more than 20 individuals will be allowed at the court for the allocated hour.
8. Skate only in the direction posted
9. Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to do Speedskating and Skateboarding unless they are accompanied with or supervised by a member, guest, and spouse thereof or authorized club coach. 
10. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to do Speedskating and Skateboarding during the “Peak Periods” as defined, unless they are playing with, or the court is not required by a member, guest, and spouse thereof or authorized Club coach. 

SPEEDSKATING AND SKATEBOARD COURT BOOKING 

1. Speedskating and Skateboarding bookings will be for sessions of one-hour duration. 
2. If a booked court is not being used within 10 minutes of the time booked, by the player booked and his/her friend, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and other users may book and use the court. 

• CRICKET NET COURTS 

1. On the courts, players must wear suitable sports attire and ensure proper safety equipment’s are worn at all times while in the court. No heels or spikes shoes will be allowed on the court.
2. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the tennis courts or the area adjacent to it. 
3. No food is to be taken into any part of the tennis courts or the area adjacent to it. 
4. Read and abide by all posted signs and warnings.
5. No more than 8 players per booking for the net will be allowed on the facility at a given time.
6. Adani Riverfront Sports Complex will not provide any equipment’s for the pay and play services.
7. Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to do play in the court unless they are accompanied with or supervised by a member, guest, and spouse thereof or authorized club coach. 

CRICKET NET BOOKING 

1. Box Cricket bookings will be for sessions of one-hour duration. 
2. If a booked court is not being used within 10 minutes of the time booked, by the player booked and his/her friend, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and other users may book and use the court.
